While your calling may look different in different stages of your life, we will look for your common thread. This experience will consist of journaling and discussion, so please be open to sharing!

This experience will include an introduction, a brief history of hypnosis, what hypnosis is and is not (addressing misconceptions), what hypnosis can be used for, the benefits of hypnosis and a guided hypnotic visualization centered on self-empowerment.
There will also be a Q and A at the end.
