Connect with Your Confidence
Master Self-Limiting Beliefs to Achieve Your Next Goals
Your level of success is impacted by your beliefs. Henry Ford said, “If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.”
How often do you hold back from saying yes to an opportunity because you don’t think you are ready? Do you believe you need more experience before accepting a new role? Or, maybe you let the fear of failing hold you back? All of us have had these and other similar thoughts.
The truth is that these beliefs have helped you achieve success in the past by motivating you to better prepare. But, when they become a default way of thinking they are no longer serving you. Unfortunately, you may not be aware of how these or other thoughts affect your decisions or behaviors. What if you were to slow down to recognize what is influencing your choices?
Eleanor Roosevelt shared, “No one can make you feel inferior without consent.” Imagine the possibilities if you rewrote these beliefs, or identified new ones, and stopped holding yourself back. Join me in this workshop to: discuss self-limiting beliefs, identify those influencing your thoughts and practice reframing mental roadblocks.
